On 16th. May 2009 a special birthday concert was held at All Saints Church, Welwyn Garden City to mark the birthday of our musical director, Glynis Rogers who, with her husband Cliff founded the choir 28 years ago.
Now, Special Occaisions call for Special Effects and Cliff, in his role as Artistic Director, had spent a lot of time getting the lighting right.
Early in the show, with lots of natural light pouring in, the theatre lighting simply served to highlight the choir....
....but as darkness fell the lighting really came into it's own.
Friends shared the limelight ......
To everyone's delight, Graham and Rene sang, "there's a hole in my bucket".
